Children remain in their classrooms with familiar staff during Lunch Club where they would eat their packed lunch or school dinner. Afternoon nursery sessions run from 12.20pm to 3.20pm. Children continue their education in their class with qualified Early Years teachers and support staff, providing continuity from their morning session.
The fees for the Lunch Club are £2.00 per session and children can bring a packed lunch or parents can order a hot school dinner cooked on the premises for an additional £1.75. The fee for the afternoon nursery session is £12.00 per session.
The government are currently proposing to fund 30 hours of nursery education for families who meet a given criteria. We will let families know more about this when a decision has been made.
